By using Glearch you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Usage. GPI reserves the right to review and revise the Terms and Conditions of Usage at any time.

Global Use

Glearch does not represent that all content, materials and services on Glearch or generated as results from using Glearch are appropriate or available for use in all countries. Using Glearch from certain countries may be illegal and prohibited. Those who do access content, materials and services from such countries act on their own initiative and Glearch is not responsible for their compliance with local laws or other applicable laws.

Use of the Service

Users may only display any generated content from Glearch for personal use (i.e., non-commercial use) and may not otherwise copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content.

Glearch is a search engine that combines results from Google, Yahoo and bing, plus select country-specific popular search engines into one search. This service makes use of Google's Web API, Yahoo search API and bing search API, as well as other search engines' APIs. When a User initiates a search the results that are displayed and any result’s links a user clicks will be linked a different site. Glearch is owned by Globalization Partners International who retains all intellectual property rights to the Glearch service; but Glearch/Globalization Partners International does not claim ownership rights to the results generated by other search engines or by the sites to which the Glearch links.

All rights, title, and interest to the Content and Technologies (Intellectual Property) of Glearch are exclusively reserved to Globalization Partners International, LLC (GPI). Users agree and acknowledge that the Content and Technologies and their use, and the use of Glearch, are protected by copyright, trademark, and all applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not perform or attempt to perform any reverse engineering, adaptations, translations, creation of derivative works, or in any way use any of the Content and/or Technologies (Intellectual Property) of Glearch without written permission from GPI.

Glearch has strict policies regarding your information. Glearch may track your visit to the site via server log files including your IP Address and GPI cookie information. GPI uses 'cookies' which allows us to identify you with a unique identifier. A cookie is sent to your browser from our computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. Glearch does not require that you accept cookies. GPI uses cookies in order to track visitors to the site, research ways we can improve Glearch and services for Users, and assists us in enforcing security precautions.
